Working alongside builders, contractors, realtors, and interior designers, Chris is always on the cutting edge of material and style trends, enabling him to create custom solutions that exceed clients’ expectations.
Dawn Lynch, Co-owner
Dawn is the master behind the scenes at Closet Outfitters. With over 20 years of experience in real estate, she understands home buyers’ needs, as well as how to increase home value through smart customizations. Working in tandem with husband Chris Poltorak, she’s been involved in hundreds of home purchases, redesigns, and rehabs in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
